Like Acrobat's all-in-one, without the upload
Desktop PDF suites let you open a file once and keep working on it: unlock it, fix a page, drop in a signature, add a password, save. Free web tools usually make you download and re-upload between every job. The Workspace fixes that: your PDF is loaded once, each step receives the previous step's output, and you download a single finished file at the end.
Every step is one of this site's normal tools with all of its options, so nothing is dumbed down. The steps always run in a safe order - a password is removed first and added last, page edits happen before stamps and signatures - so you can tick boxes in any order.
How to use it
- Drop your PDF (or click to browse). It stays in your browser.
- Tick the tasks you need - one or several - or use a quick pick such as Fill & sign.
- Click Start. For each step, set the options and press the tool's button, then Next. Skip any step you change your mind about.
- Download the finished PDF from the summary at the top.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to upload my PDF once for every tool?
No. Upload it once, tick the jobs you need, and the workspace passes the result of each step straight into the next one. You download a single finished PDF at the end.
Can I use just one tool here?
Yes. Tick a single task and click Start - it works exactly like that tool's own page.
Is anything uploaded to a server?
No. Every step runs in your browser with JavaScript. Your file never leaves your device, so it is safe for contracts, IDs and bank documents.
In what order do the steps run?
In a fixed, safe order: remove password first, then page edits (reorder, delete, rotate, crop, remove blank pages), then stamps and text (watermark, page numbers, header & footer, add text, sign, redact), then flatten, compress, and add a password last.
Can I skip a step or redo one?
Yes. Each step has a Skip button, and you can re-run a step with different options before pressing Next - the latest result is the one carried forward.
Why does "Remove password" turn my text into images?
Browsers cannot decrypt PDF content streams directly, so the unlock step re-renders each page. If you need the text to stay selectable, run the other steps first on an unlocked copy.
