Because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we never receive, see, or store the documents you process — so we can't look up "your file" or recover one for you. If you're reporting a bug with a specific document, please don't email us the sensitive file itself; a description of the problem (and, if possible, a non-sensitive sample that reproduces it) is all we need.
Who you're reaching
