Redact Everything That Matches, in One Go
Choose the kinds of data to find (Thai national ID numbers, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, card or account numbers) or type your own words, such as a client name, one per line. The tool searches the text of every page and outlines each match on the page so you can review it. Click any box to keep that one.
When you press Redact, each page that has matches is re-drawn with solid black boxes burned in, so the hidden words no longer exist in the file. The rest of the page keeps an invisible text layer so it stays selectable, and pages without matches are copied across untouched.
Good to Know
Matching works on the PDF’s real text, so a scan (a picture of text) has nothing to find: run it through OCR first. Always glance through the result: text inside embedded pictures is invisible to the search. To black out a logo or a region by hand use Redact PDF. Everything runs in your browser.
